When Erin discovered she had bad cat allergies, she and Ann needed to strategize. For them, finding new homes for their two feline friends was not an option. So the cats would have to stay out of the bedroom, and unfortunately that meant they were also banned from the bathroom. Ann and Erin had to find a way to keep the litter box, and all tools that go with it, right in their living room.
Now, most pet parents would go out and get one of those big plastic litter boxed with the hood, but not these enterprising ladies -- they wanted something that would fit their decor a little more closely. So what'd they do?
They built the White House! By cutting a door in the end of a white toychest, they were able to create a space big enough for the litter box, extra litter, and a little trashcan. Plus it's extra private for their feline friends! Now that's ingenuity.
